Satisfaction Guarantee

If your stickers arrive damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will replace them at no cost to you. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not require you to return the stickers.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been mailed, it falls under our standard refund policy above.

Shipping Issues

If your order never arrives, contact us. We ship all orders via USPS First-Class Mail. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, or if there is no tracking update after 14 business days, we will reship your order at no charge.
