14-day issue window

Contact SoberAF Stickers within 14 days of delivery if your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing items, or just not right. Use hello@soberafstickers.com and include your order number plus a short description of the problem.

Refunds and replacements

If your order arrives damaged, we sent the wrong design, something is missing, or you are unhappy with the purchase, we may issue a refund or send a replacement. Which remedy we use depends on the problem and what gets you taken care of fastest.

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Once approved, most refunds are submitted within 3 business days, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

No return shipping required

We do not require sticker orders to be mailed back before issuing a refund or replacement. No return shipping label is required for standard sticker issues.

Damaged, wrong, or missing orders

If the order shows up damaged, the wrong item was packed, or part of the order is missing, email us within the 14-day window and include a photo when helpful. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, we will handle it under the refund and replacement terms above.

Shipping issues

If a domestic order has not arrived after 14 business days from shipment, email us and we will help sort out the missing delivery.
